However, the best solution for preparing on such a board is seafood (trout, salmon, squid, octopus, and other delicacies). Use only high-quality boards for preparing grilled dishes to achieve high-quality results. Before using a birch board, it should be soaked in drinking water for 1.5 - 2 hours to achieve the maximum effect. Only after the board has been in the water for long enough, place the product on it and place it on the grill grate.
