・Spiral smoke generator - a labyrinth-type smoke generator designed for cold smoking. With this accessory, you can turn any grill into a smokehouse. The spiral is a round container with spiral-shaped partitions, made of perforated metal. This form ensures gradual smoldering of sawdust for 8-10 hours, allowing dishes to acquire a smoked flavor without being cooked. Using the spiral is very simple, just fill it with sawdust, lightly tamp it down, light the beginning of the spiral, and place it in the grill under a closed lid. An important point is that the sawdust should be poured slightly below the edges of the partitions to avoid ignition in adjacent chambers. In this way, sequential smoldering of shredded wood allows you to prepare various products: meat, fish, poultry, cheeses, sausages, bacon, and many more.
