・The Block Fire system is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel and features plates that are mounted under the main grates and have unique perforations that minimize flames when cooking even the fattytest foods. The plates are double-sided, which allows you to quickly prepare the grill for cooking foods that are not recommended to be cooked at the same time, such as fish and meat. Once you have cooked one of these dishes, simply flip the plates over and the grill is ready to use again.
