The Grili Deluxe basket is equipped with a removable water section that can be removed to increase the direct heating area by 30%. The section holds a liter of water and provides steam for 5 hours of slow cooking. The steam creates an effective barrier that better separates the indirect and direct heating zones.

The Grili Deluxe can hold about 80-100 briquettes, allowing for cooking at a temperature of 110-120°C for 8 hours. Loading the basket with fully lit charcoal will create a high-temperature zone (over 200°C), perfect for giving a golden crust and baking aromatic pizza.

The charcoal basket is made of 1mm thick stainless steel sheet, eliminating the risk of deformation at high temperatures. The perforated bottom of the basket makes cleaning the grill easier and prevents even small pieces of charcoal from spilling out.
