For temperature regulation, the FIERY FISH charcoal grill is equipped with dampers on the body and lid, allowing for temperature control. Thanks to the ability to adjust the height of the charcoal under the grate, you can flexibly control the necessary cooking temperature. By placing the charcoal grate higher, you will achieve the ideal temperature for cooking steaks.
